The villas range in size from 7,000 - 10,800 square feet of constructed area. Each is centered on a wide open great room incorporating living, dining and kitchen facilities, and indoor/outdoor entertainment options. Media Room with 50'' flat screen TV's.
The decadent Master Suites pampers lavishly appointed bathrooms and outdoor garden showers. The expansive outdoor spaces includes sun deck, private meditation and dining areas and dramatic sea view pools.
Luxurious touches of Jerusalem stone flooring, select Indonesian furniture, custom Italian kitchen and Egyptian cotton linens are but a few.

| Payment & Other Policies | A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received by Kokoon Villas at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable in full (less US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received by the Kokoon Villas in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if notice of cancellation is received by Kokoon Villas in writing less than 45 days prior to the guests schedule date of arrival. All Peak Season (20 December - 6 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.
Kokoon Villas reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
We recommend that the Renter purchase travel insurance available through travel agents and insurance companies. |
