| Payment & Other Policies | 50% of the total stay is due within 7 days of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable. The exception to this is during the Festive Season when the balance is due on September 1st and is non-refundable on the 1st and last deposits.
