The two identical villas, Infinity and Harmony, boast 14, 000 square feet each and both offer 7 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and 2 pools. Fine finishes of marble, granite and exotic hardwoods flourish throughout the oversized suites. The furnishings and interior design successfully blend distinctive Caribbean charm with contemporary sophistication. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, screened doors and most have plasma TVs and DVD players. These can also be offered as three, four, five or six bedroom suites or villas.
The master bedroom, fittingly called the Grand Villa Suite, is an elegant retreat with double showers, a signature infinity-edge bathtub, generous dressing closet and a sitting nook with daybed for enjoying afternoon tea or simply relaxing before a sunset massage. In addition to the Grand Villa Suite, the main floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and a queen ensuite all of which open onto the infinity pool deck. The Loft Suite sits atop the villa with a private balcony, kitchenette, and direct access to the rooftop terrace.
On the ground floor of Infinity and Harmony, one finds a sizeable 2-bedroom pool suite and a secluded garden suite. Both have kitchenettes and comfortable sitting rooms. On this level the fitness and entertainment room share a common space. Keep fit while at SHERIVA with equipment including free weights and a treadmill. For entertainment, the 60 plasma TV, state-of-the-art Bose music systems, myriad board games and video games will make our guests feel right at home.

| Payment & Other Policies | Rates do not include 10% government tax, 10% service charge, $1 pp/pd tourism marketing levy, prix fixe Lunch and Dinner charges, additional purchased food and beverages with 15% provisioning fee, cocktails or alcohol, $10 per plate surcharge for seafood and/or steak at breakfast, $50 telecomm charge, additional staff gratuity, or extra services or incidentals such as spa treatments, boat charters, water sports, etc. All extras are billed at cost to the guest on departure with a 5% service fee.
All Villa guests enjoy a full range of complimenatry services including wine selection on arrival, round trip airport transfers, private chef, concierge prive, butler services, private golf cart for beaching, twice daily housekeeping, laundress and pressing service, signing privileges at the 3 restaurnats and boutique at world-renowned Cap Juluca, beach chairs and umbrellas at Maundays Bay Beach and use of all villa facilities including office with private fax and telephone lines, wireless internet, gym and media-entertainment room.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; due on or before September 1st for the Festive (Christmas) period. Deposit for Festive season is non-refundable
No cash refunds are issued. For cancellations 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are applied to future reservations for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are forfeited in full.
A $2,000 refundable security deposit applies to all villa rentals.
Other conditions may apply at peak periods or to special programs.
