All accommodations have a large patio or balcony, fully-equipped kitchenette, air conditioned bedrooms, and are located oceanfront or poolside.

| Payment & Other Policies | A deposit equal to three (3) nights of stay is required at time of booking. Full refund less $100.00 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days notice required from December 15th to April 14th ).
Full deposit forfeit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival from December 15th to April 14th ). Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking for early departures.
